Damselfly metamorphosis from damselfly nymphs, in my pond

Caption: Note that in addition to the two huge eyes it uses to hunt down its airborn prey, it appears to have 3 smaller upward-facing light sensors on the top of its head. I guess these are to give it warning of birds which prey on the Damsel Fly itself
